Reiki to Release Resistance 💨
This reiki is intended to help you go with the flow. It's not quite a "flow state" reiki so to speak—it's designed to help you embrace what you need to. This is a good reiki to use in conjunction with other ones, especially if you find yourself unintentionally resisting the very things you want.
My standard recommendation is to run my reikis up to twice daily for no more than 5 days at a time, providing at least a 7-day break in between uses. You are more than welcome to ignore this recommendation, and run these reikis as frequently and for as long as you’d like. Just be mindful of what your energy needs and what it can handle.
