Which reading should I get?
Trust your intuition. All reading descriptions are designed to meet different needs.
When will I get my reading?
If you booked a live reading, you will receive your reading real-time. All emailed readings are sent to your email no later than one week after your scheduled date by 11:59pm PST. For example, if you book on 1/1, you will get your reading by 1/8, 11:59pm PST. Should any changes or emergencies come up, I will contact you ahead of time. If I need to cancel your appointment altogether, you will be refunded the full amount of your reading.
What are my payment options?
All payments are made through the site. To book a reading, you will have the option to use PayPal or your debit or credit card. If you are purchasing a product or digital download, you’ll be able to use Apple Pay, but you must be using Safari. These are also the options available to you if you’d like to make a formal donation through the site. I currently do not offer any payment plans.
Do you offer refunds?
If you cancel your reading within 24 hours of booking your service (except for group rituals), I will refund you 100%. The only other instances that I offer refunds are if I have to delay your reading more than 30 days (25%) or cancel your reading altogether (100%). On the rare occasion that I feel guided to tell you to wait for your service, I’ll contact you to explore more options. You cannot get a refund on any digital downloads.
Can I get more than one reading?
You are only able to book one reading at a time. Always remember I am here to empower you to live your life independently and confidently. Get the guidance when you need it. Trust yourself the rest of the way.

Do you offer free readings?
I do not offer free readings, but I may offer discounts and tipped mini readings via social media or Patreon. I post a lot of free content on my Twitter and Instagram. I also have free collective readings on my YouTube Channel that are timeless and can be watched whenever you need. A lot of people have gotten to know me through my free content, so definitely check that out first!
My reading doesn’t make sense. Why is that?
Sometimes, readings don’t immediately resonate or make sense. This is okay, and it simply means time and experience will bring more clarity. Please remember that my commitment is to channel the message to you as it comes without edit or bias—why you’re receiving a message is something you’ll have to understand for yourself. That being said, trust that your reading was intentioned and meant for you—that’s what you paid for!
Do you offer any discounts or specials?
From time to time, I offer specialty readings or limited-time discounts. New clients may contact me for a one-time 20% discount code. Other discounts and specials will be announced via social media or newsletter.
May I ask a question about my reading?
Emailed and Astrology readings are delivered without the guarantee of any follow up questions being answered. During live sessions, you’ll get the opportunity to ask questions actively. A major perk of the live readings is they’re more of a dialogue, so I’ll pause throughout to make sure you’re as clear as possible.
I just purchased a ritual. How do I know if I was included?
If you received a confirmation email that you placed an order, you will automatically be included in the ritual. I also send follow-up emails within 14 days of the ritual’s completion.
How do I know if the ritual worked?
Everyone’s results will vary, but its effects can be experienced any time between the beginning of the ritual up to 6 weeks after (maybe even more). Not everyone will experience it its effects the same way, so you’ll have to be aware of your own experience to notice what changes take place. Sometimes one ritual helps, and other time we need more consistent work over a longer period of time. Whether the ritual is right for you right now is for you to decide prior to purchasing. Trust yourself.
Do I need to do anything for a ritual to work?
After you purchase the ritual, the work is on me. However, I may share some final messages and recommendations in your follow-up email. I share the information I’m guided to in order to help you get the most out of your purchase, but whether or not you follow that guidance is up to you. Always trust your own spiritual authority over me and use discernment!
The reiki audio is silent. Is it working?
As long as the audio is playing, it is working. I made them silent tracks so that I wouldn’t run into any copyright issues with any music I was playing in the background. The effects will speak for themselves so even if you’re skeptical, trust the process! I am open to sharing audios with random background noises however, so if you’re interested in that, please contact me and let me know! I love to hear y’alls feedback.
