 General FAQs

  • Trust your intuition. All products and services include detailed descriptions to help inform your choice. If you would like a personal recommendation, you can reach me through my contact form.

  • All payments are made through the site. To book a reading, you will have the option to use PayPal or your debit or credit card. If you are purchasing a product or digital download, you’ll be able to use Apple Pay, but you may have to use the Safari browser if Squarespace has not updated this feature. These are also the options available to you if you’d like to make a formal donation through the site. I currently do not offer any payment plans for any of my products or services.

  • If you cancel a service within 24 hours of booking (except for group rituals), I will refund you 100%. The only other instances that I may offer refunds are if I have to delay your service more than 30 days (25%) or cancel your service altogether (100%). On the occasion that I feel guided to tell you to wait for your service, I’ll contact you to explore more options. You cannot get a refund on any digital downloads or any Patreon subscription.

  • If you’d like to ask me a question, please do so through the contact form on the site. If you want to get more exclusive content, please join my Patreon (you can join as a free member as well)! To stay connected with me daily and have access to more free content, follow me any of my socials (you can follow the icons below or use any of my links in the About Me. If you like my astrology contributions, I am on Medium as well. You may also subscribe to my YouTube channel where I offer channeled messages.

  • Anything that I offer for free will be visible on the site or available through Patreon (you can become a free member). You have access to exclusive discounts through my Patreon as well! I post a lot of free content on my Tik Tok, Twitter and Instagram. I also have free collective readings on my YouTube Channel that are timeless and can be watched whenever you need. A lot of people have gotten to know me through my free content, so definitely check that out first!

  • From time to time, I offer specialty readings or limited-time discounts. Also, you have access to exclusive discounts through my Ruby and Diamond Patreon tiers (also, Diamond members will always get larger discount codes when public sales are going on). Other discounts and specials are always announced via social media or newsletter.

 Hypnotherapy FAQs

  • Hypnosis is a completely natural state. We’re always going in and out of hypnosis—it’s triggered by our environment, maybe our social interaction, while we’re eating and watching tv, experiencing anxiety, driving a car, etc. Hypnosis is simply a state of narrow focus that bypasses the critical mind. Hypnotherapy uses this state to make you highly suggestible to positive suggestions in alignment with your conscious goals.

  • While my Integrated Hypnotherapy Sessions are primarily focused on hypnotherapy, I include other spiritual and healing modalities to make the work more effective. Sometimes this can include mediumship, energy healing, EFT (tapping) or more. Nothing in my toolkit is off limits in these sessions!

 Reiki FAQs

  • As long as the audio is playing, it is working. I make silent tracks so that I won’t run into any copyright issues with any music I may have playing in the background. The effects will speak for themselves so even if you’re skeptical, trust the process! If you’d prefer background noise, I’d suggest joining the Diamond Tier of my Patreon—almost all of the audios over there have some kind of background noise or music. (If you do not care to own the audio, Patreon is also the more economical option! It is cheaper to purchase a monthly Diamond Tier membership than it is to buy 2 or more reikis.)

 Reading FAQs

  • If you booked a live reading, you will receive your reading real-time. Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all emailed readings are sent to your email no later than one week after your scheduled date by 11:59pm PST. For example, if you book on 1/1, you will get your reading by 1/8, 11:59pm PST. Should any changes or emergencies come up, I will contact you to let you know. If I need to cancel your appointment altogether, you will be refunded the full amount of your reading.

  • You are only able to book one reading at a time. Always remember I am here to empower you to live your life independently and confidently. Get the guidance when you need it. Trust yourself the rest of the way.

  • Sometimes, readings don’t immediately resonate or make sense.  This is okay, and it simply means time and experience will bring more clarity. Please remember that my commitment is to deliver the message to you as it comes without edit or bias—why you’re receiving a message is something you’ll have to understand for yourself. That being said, I guarantee that your reading was intentioned and meant for you—that’s what you paid for! But ultimately, remember to trust your own spiritual authority no matter what I say.

  • Emailed and Astrology readings are delivered without the guarantee of any follow up questions being answered. During live sessions, you’ll get the opportunity to ask questions actively. A major perk of the live readings is they’re more of a dialogue, so I’ll pause throughout to make sure you’re as clear as possible. While 30 minutes may or may not be enough, most people find that all of their questions are answered and more during the 60-minute readings.

 Ritual FAQs

  • If you received a confirmation email that you placed an order, you will automatically be included in the ritual. I also send follow-up emails or post on social media to confirm when I both start and complete the rituals.

  • Everyone’s results will vary, but its effects can be experienced any time between the beginning of the ritual up to 6 weeks after (sometimes even more). Not everyone will experience it its effects the same way, so you’ll have to be aware of your own experience to notice what changes take place. Sometimes one ritual helps, and other time we need more consistent work over a longer period of time. Whether the ritual is right for you right now is for you to decide prior to purchasing. Trust yourself.

  • After you purchase the ritual, the work is on me. However, I may share some final messages and recommendations in your follow-up email. I share the information I’m guided to in order to help you get the most out of your purchase, but whether or not you follow that guidance is up to you. Always trust your own spiritual authority over me and use discernment!
