Scheduled Services
Scheduled Services
All live services are conducted via Zoom and may be completed before their allotted time. For 30-minute appointments, there is a 10-minute grace period. For appointments 1 hour or longer, there is a 15 minute grace period. After this grace period, you will have to reschedule.
You are able to reschedule your appointments up to 12 hours before without a fee. After this point, you will be charged an additional $30 for your first time rescheduling. If you miss your rescheduled appointment, you will lose your appointment time without possibility of a refund.
Any delays will be communicated via email or text. Refunds are not available unless you request it after I personally delay your service more than 7 days (25%) or cancel (100%).
