In engaging, using or purchasing any product or service through my business, you are confirming that you fully read, understood and agreed to the following statement: Kyla is the sole owner and creator of all Conjured Pink platforms. She uses various divination methods to conduct her intuitive readings and consultations. All Conjured Pink content across all digital platforms are original unless otherwise stated. Customers and clients must be 18 years old or older to purchase anything from Conjured Pink. All customers and clients are encouraged to consult a licensed professional for all personal matters (included but not limited to the following fields: medical, legal, financial, psychiatric). In purchasing or engaging any service or product with Conjured Pink, you understand that these services and products are for entertainment purposes only and do not guarantee results. You are responsible for how you respond to and act on the any information provided through any platform, service or product. You agree that any services and products are purchased at your own risk with no liability to Kyla or Conjured Pink. You understand that you are responsible for inquiring about any potential allergies as Kyla does not list all of her ingredients in her descriptions. In purchasing or engaging any service or product with Conjured Pink, you are confirming that all information you’ve provided is true. You understand that in purchasing or downloading any Conjured Pink content, you are acknowledging that this is the intellectual property of Conjured Pink/Kyla and are agreeing not to steal or use that content to sell or make available for download under another name, business or platform. You understand that you are in control of all decisions you make as a result of all products, services and content Conjured Pink provides. You understand that you are responsible for choosing the right service and time for yourself. You understand that you are solely responsible for all consequences as a result of any services or products you purchase and use. You understand that energy is fluid, and all timelines and timeframes provided in these readings are subject to change. You understand that the intention with all of Conjured Pink’s offerings is to empower you—not create dependence. You understand that Kyla/Conjured Pink will never provide any offering, product or service with any malice or ill-intent. You understand that you are consenting to your sessions or results potentially being discussed publicly or privately in a way that allows you to remain anonymous. You understand that emailed products or services are written or pre-recorded and sent to you via email by 11:59pm PST 14 days after the date you’re scheduled for (unless otherwise stated on any digital platform, in the description of the service or product, or to you directly). Refunds are only possible upon request if your service is delayed more than 7 additional days from your original due date (25%) or your service is canceled (100%). You understand that you are responsible for rescheduling a live reading if you are not present after a 10-minute grace period. You understand that If you need to reschedule more than once, you may be charged a $30 fee or your appointment will be canceled without refund. You understand that free cancellations are accepted up to 12 hours prior to any live service. Any time after that may result in a 75% refund. You understand that services may be completed before their allotted time. You understand that Kyla/Conjured Pink has the right to can or refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time without further explanation. You understand that you are not able to book more than one reading at once. You understand that Kyla, the owner and sole contributor of Conjured Pink, is not a licensed medical or legal professional. You understand and waive the right to pursue any legal action against Kyla or Conjured Pink for any Conjured Pink products or services because you are unsatisfied with the results. You understand and waive the right to pursue any legal action against Kyla or Conjured Pink for any conjured Pink products or services you sought to assist you with any issues or conditions, including (but not limited to) anything medical, legal, financial or psychiatric. You understand that none of Conjured Pink’s products, services, recommendations or content is meant to replace the consultation or care of a licensed professional of any field (including but not limited to medical, legal, financial or psychiatric) and that you should seek professional help for all personal matters. You understand that you are responsible for your own judgment and usage of all products, services and content Conjured Pink provides. You understand that it is your responsibility to contact me about any questions or concerns you have any service or product prior to purchase, and that refunds may not be given due to your lack of previous information or understanding.
