Reiki to Heal Sexual Trauma 🧡
This reiki is intended to help clear out sexual trauma, mitigate healing crises and support your healing and recovery. Consider this reiki as a gentle invitation to heal if and when you are ready.
My standard recommendation is to run my reikis up to twice daily for no more than 5 days at a time, providing at least a 7-day break in between uses. You are more than welcome to ignore this recommendation, and run these reikis as frequently and for as long as you’d like. Just be mindful of what your energy needs and what it can handle. My unique recommendation for this reiki is to run it up to 3 times times a day for 3 days at a time, but you can do this one as little or as often as you feel comfortable. I’d also encourage eating healthy, supportive and life-giving foods (especially those that are red & orange in color).
