Reiki to Focus
This reiki is designed to help you focus. I personally have ADHD, and while I am not a medical profession, this reiki has helped me tremendously on more than one occasion.
I recommend listening to it 1-2 times a day whenever you need it. If you need to sustain your focus, I wouldn't run it more than 14 days straight (with at least a 5 day break in between the next set).
