Reiki for Shadow Work
This reiki is designed to help you identify what is ready to be healed and support you through that process at an appropriate pace. This will not trigger any type of spiral you're not ready for, but it will challenge you if it needs to.
My standard recommendation is to run my reikis up to twice daily for no more than 5 days at a time, providing at least a 7-day break in between uses. You are more than welcome to ignore this recommendation, and run these reikis as frequently and for as long as you’d like. Just be mindful of what your energy needs and what it can handle. My unique recommendation is to listen no more than 5 times a day for 2-3 days at a time. If you decide to leave it on for an extended period of time (like overnight), just let it work over the course of 3-5 days.
