Reiki for Building Healthy Habits 💎
Sometimes what we think and believe influences our behavior, but sometimes it's the reverse. This reiki is intended to support the reverse: building behaviors that shift our beliefs in ways that can completely shift our reality. This reiki can be great for naturally changing the behaviors that are ready to change (aka the changes that are easiest to make/along the path of least resistance).
My standard recommendation is to run my reikis up to twice daily for no more than 5 days at a time, providing at least a 7-day break in between uses. You are more than welcome to ignore this recommendation, and run these reikis as frequently and for as long as you’d like. Just be mindful of what your energy needs and what it can handle. My unique recommendation for this reiki is to run it 3 times a day for up to 13 days at a time (especially before bed).
